It was a reasonably good apartment in a very good location.
Pros: The location, just one street back from the main strip and the beach, restaurants and shops was just what we like. It is also close to a beautiful park where you can walk and relax in quiet solitude away from the hustle and bussle of the seafront. Parque de la Bateria sits on top of a cliff and can be accessed via a lift which is great for older legs.
Cons: Unfortunately we could not set the air conditioning unit in the apartment below 17 degrees C which, regrettably, made sleeping at night a little uncomfortable. The apartment is on the second floor and while it was not a great problem for us, there is no lift so someone with mobility problems might find the 37 steps challenging. The shower/wash/toilet room is small so 4 people staying could have problems.
