The detached villa, built in 2023, is modernly furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.
