Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the house with light and offer breathtaking views, while the spectacular garden with a viewpoint over the cliffs and beach invites you to relax, read, sunbathe or enjoy a drink as you listen to the sea and birdsong.



Stone steps in the garden lead to a small panoramic balcony, the perfect spot to watch endless sunsets. The pool and outdoor areas provide ideal spaces to unwind and enjoy outdoor living in total privacy.



The villa sits on a peaceful hillside on a 1,300 m² property, combining privacy, luxury and absolute tranquility. Car recommended. You’ll be just minutes from the marina and coast, yet feel like you’re in your own oasis above the Mediterranean.



Adults only: minimum age 30. Not suitable for young children. No student parties, stag or hen parties, or drinking events allowed. Elevator, fitness room and garage not available; street parking only. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
