Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Novigrad, Istria! This charming house is spread over two floors and offers comfortable accommodation for your family or friends. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with dining room, a cosy living room and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as an electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. On the first floor there are three cosy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and an additional bathroom with shower and WC. Outside you will find a large terrace with barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, while you can refresh yourself in the private pool. Included in the price are numerous amenities such as car parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet and swimming pool, guaranteeing you a pleasant and carefree stay.
