Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles neu und sauber, wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche!Kleinigkeiten könnten noch besser sein:-für Kinder ein Badezimmerhocker,um an das Waschbecken zu kommen-Teller und Gläser 8x zur Verfügung stellen (Besteck ist ausreichender vorhanden)-abwaschbare Stühle statt mit Polster (empfinde ich als hygienischer)Pluspunkt ist der Staubsauger, den man durch den Sand vom Strand mit Kind doch öfter benutzen muss :D

Sehr modernes Objekt. Gute Betten und alles sehr sauberSehr ruhige Lage und auch das Haus an sich ist sehr leise (perfekte Erholung).. Aktuell (noch) kleine Minuspunkte, da das Objekt sehr neu ist: - Schalter für die die Rollläden sind vertauscht/nicht korrekt- Beschilderung der Wohnungen und der Klingel/Lichtanlage fehlen.- keine Mikrowelle vorhanden, auch eine Dunstabzugshaube fehlt ( Kochgeruch in der Whg)- Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder/Kinderwagen sind aktuell nicht vorgesehen.- Restmülltonne war ziemlich voll, obwohl nur 2 von 4 Wohnungen bewohnbar sind.Trotz dieser kleinen negativen Punkte, war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir haben uns gut erholt. Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert und die Strandnähe überzeugt.

Super Wohnung Leider fehlt noch ein Treppengeländer und Rauchmelder in der Wohnung.Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt wird das sicher noch eingebaut.
