A nice and convenient location, easy check-in with helpful information. But really overpriced, in that the spaces, and in particular in the bedrooms, were incredibly tight, and barely suited to the 4 people it had allocation for. In my opinion, have 1 large bedroom and allocate for 2 people only.

Nice short break

We had very hot days, up to 36 degrees Celsius, and the mobile air conditioner couldn't handle it. The accommodation was unbearably hot, up to 46 degrees Celsius according to the air conditioner; there's still room for improvement. The furnishings are okay, but could be cleaner. It's best not to look under the seating; I think the dust bunnies are a bit old. We didn't mind the TV; we can't comment on that. The people at the reception are super nice and helpful; both check-in and check-out went smoothly; they were very competent and friendly. The location is great; you can do everything on foot if you want, which is certainly important if you want to go out to eat and enjoy a glass of wine.Overall, we really liked it; if you love the harbor atmosphere, you'll be in good hands there.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your honest and detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you appreciated the location, the harbor atmosphere, and the friendliness and helpfulness of our reception team. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to them! We fully understand that the extreme heat and the limitations of the mobile air conditioner had a negative impact on your comfort. Please know that we take this seriously and are currently exploring ways to make the accommodation more comfortable during very hot weather. Your remarks regarding cleanliness are also noted. We will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough cleaning, including under the seating areas. Thank you again for your valuable input. We hope to welcome you back in the future – hopefully under cooler and more pleasant conditions! Warm regards,
