Holiday Home Lara is located in the charming village of Brzac, just a 15-minute drive from the historic town of Krk or Malinska. This beautifully renovated countryside house features a delightful and comfortable apartment, complete with a garden, mobile barbecue, sun loungers, a table tennis, kids playground and a private swimming pool.

The house is thoughtfully designed across two levels:
The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with direct access to a patio furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining.
The first-floor, attic features one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower and bidet.
Nestled in a serene and peaceful area, this countryside haven is an excellent choice for a relaxing family getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of € 10 per day.

On the western side of the island lies the charming village of Brzac, just one kilometer from the sea, offering stunning views of the neighboring island of Cres. Visitors are drawn to this tranquil haven by its unspoiled nature, peaceful rural ambiance, and the scenic Camino walking trails.

The nearest beach is Vela Jana, a picturesque cove with a small marina. Just three kilometers from the village, you’ll find Glavotok, home to a 15th-century Franciscan monastery and a quaint seaside chapel, next to a pebble beach. For those looking to explore hidden gems with their pets, the natural coves accessible via walking paths provide secluded spots for swimming. Although not officially designated as dog-friendly beaches, these serene coves, such as Spena Beach and Mala Jana, are popular among visitors enjoying quiet moments with their furry companions.

Jert Beach – A Hidden Gem Near Pinezići
Located near Pinezići, Jert Beach offers a peaceful seaside retreat with an authentic island vibe. Easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot, the beach stretches 75 meters in length and 12 meters in width, featuring a mix of pebbles, concrete, and small stones—ideal for sunbathing and relaxation.

The beach is well-equipped with amenities such as food and drink options, restrooms, and showers. Guests can also rent umbrellas and lounge chairs for added comfort, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable day by the sea.

Rental details
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Guests' use of the swimming pool is at their own risk. Keep the children under constant supervision
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace other customers  from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of  10 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grill and grilling area clean after use and  to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
