Located in the peaceful surroundings of Černý Důl, we present six spacious and modern apartments spread across two buildings. It's also possible to rent an entire building, ideal for group holidays. Each apartment has its own unique character that seamlessly integrates with the stunning surroundings. In Building A and Building B, you'll find different types of apartments. Per building there are:

- Two apartments for up to 6 people: Located on the ground and first floors, featuring a kitchen connected to a cozy living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a separate bathroom, and toilet.
- One maisonette apartment for up to 4 people: Equipped with an open-plan living room with kitchenette and access to a terrace, a toilet and bathroom downstairs, and upstairs a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Whether you opt for an apartment with its own terrace or a romantic duplex with a snug fireplace, each stay offers a warm welcome and all the comforts of home. Everything is just a stone's throw away from the largest ski resort in the Czech Republic, SkiResort Černá Hora. Parking is available directly at the entrance or at our nearby parking lot.

Our location is ideal for skiers and snowboarders, with direct access to 7.9 km of perfectly groomed slopes in the family-friendly ski area of Černý Důl. In summer, nature enthusiasts can enjoy beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, with breathtaking views and the soothing beauty of the surroundings.
