The 5-star vacation home “Sölring Hüs” is part of the historic Klenterhof, one of the most beautiful and renowned captains’ houses on Sylt. In a prime location in Alt-Westerland, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, downtown, and the beach, you can enjoy a stylish, peaceful, and exclusive vacation of the highest caliber.
The historic estate, dating back to 1792, was completely renovated with great care over a period of two years and faithfully restored down to the smallest detail. Nestled in a stunning, approximately 3,000 m² farm garden, a unique ensemble of five exclusive vacation accommodations has been created, combining historic charm with modern living comfort.
The Sölring Hüs features a separate entrance and a private access path through the rear garden area. Its own sun terrace, furnished with high-quality teak furniture, offers a secluded retreat for relaxation and enjoyment.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a stylish dining nook for six people, an antique wooden table, and an open, elegant black Siemens kitchen. It’s fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired—ideal for enjoyable cooking evenings on vacation. The adjoining living area, featuring two beige linen sofas, a fireplace, an LED TV, and warm natural materials, creates a particularly cozy and luxurious atmosphere.
Also on the first floor is a high-end bathroom with a shower and bathtub, underfloor heating, and an utility room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll find two stylish bedrooms with double beds, LED TVs, and another elegant bathroom. One bedroom also features a separate walk-in closet. High-quality custom woodwork, oak floorboards, Belgian bluestone, exclusive fixtures, and carefully selected home accessories underscore the luxurious character of this vacation home.
In the idyllic garden, you’ll find a shared sauna house with a Finnish sauna and steam room, as well as loungers—a real highlight after a day at Sylt’s beach. The beach is only about 900 meters away. Each unit comes with a parking space on the property as well as a bike rack. The shared sauna house, a swing, and a sandbox round out the amenities.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person (ages 4 and up) is charged €23 per night.

Plus a one-time fee: €269 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days are available upon
request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On public holidays and during school vacation periods, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
