The historic property, dating back to 1792, was completely renovated over the course of two years with great care and attention to detail and faithfully restored to its original state. Surrounded by a stunning, approximately 3,000 m² farm garden, a unique vacation retreat has been created, featuring five exclusive luxury vacation accommodations that harmoniously blend historic charm with modern living comfort.
The ANNO 1792 – Upper Floor Suite is located on the upper floor of the main house and impresses with its spacious layout, high-quality materials, and a particularly stylish, cozy atmosphere. On the left side of the suite—overlooking the garden—is the inviting living room with an open-concept designer kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy seating area. A beige linen sofa, a spacious armchair, and the fireplace invite you to relax—ideal after a day at the beach or a long walk across Sylt.
On the right side of the apartment are two cozy bedrooms with elegant built-in closets, as well as two stylish bathrooms with showers—one of which also features a bathtub. The well-thought-out floor plan offers the utmost comfort and privacy for couples or families.
A separate southeast-facing terrace area with high-quality teak furniture is also at your disposal—perfect for a sunny breakfast or relaxing moments outdoors.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person (ages 4 and up) is charged €23 per night.
Plus a one-time fee: €166 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule arrival and departure days on Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days upon
request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and older): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Additional services that can be booked directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- Bringing a dog (max. 1): €15.00 per night
