Take advantage of your home-away-from-home and prepare a meal from your fully-equipped kitchen, sit back and enjoy the incredible view as you plan your day in paradise.

Your island home includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, a living room equipped with a sofa, table and chairs, TV, and kitchen. An additional bathroom features an ocean view. Although the view is great from the sofa, the lanai, which includes two chairs and a table, offers fantastic sunsets.

Located at The Imperial of Waikiki in the new Waikiki Beachwalk shopping and entertainment district just a short 100 yards from the sand, your stay includes use of the unique rooftop pool and jacuzzi. A restaurant and a convenience store are located just downstairs and the Waikiki Beachwalk district right out the door. As a guest, valet parking is available for free.

This is a gem in Waikiki, the condo location is walking distance to everything. The views are spectacular and the unit is spotless. Check in and out is seamless and staff is very friendly.

The apartment was as advertised: in the heart of Waikiki, a stone's throw from the Halekulani, Sheraton/Royal Hawaiian, and DeRussy Park; excellent water view and coast northward; apartment very clean and comfortable, as well as the building (Imperial Waikiki); staff responsive and accommodating.

Everything went very smoothly from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Karl (owner) was prompt with communication and listing was accurate. Condo was very clean. Location was great and easily walkable to beach and shopping. However, if you want to explore Oahu further like we did, rental car parking was easy using the provided valet service. They were always prompt and respectful.

Gorgeous view!
The condo had everything we needed, including a fantastic view. The photos in the listing don't convey how nice it really is! The kitchen had everything we needed & all the pots and pans were spotless, which I really appreciated. The bed and furniture were all comfortable. The staff at the front desk, maintenance, and valets were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication with the owner, and staff on premises was excellent. We would definitely look to rent this property again.

Beautiful! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location, so affordable! Close to the beach. Everything you could need at your fingertips. Two bathrooms a plus. We will say the pool was disappointing, but not missed. We cannot say enough about the staff! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fine for our short stay. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. Having the ABC Store on the ground level was really nice. We could pick up a quick plate and take it back to our room. View was great. Valet parking was nice, too. Having two bathrooms was nice because I took one and my husband used the other. My only negative comment would be about the lanai. Wish it was bigger, I was not comfortable going out there to sit 21 floors high but I realize that the owner has no control over the size. Overall, our stay was fine.

It would be nice to have an email or phone number to communicate with the owner in an emergency. we were told that our flight might be canceled because of weather and I wanted to ask if that did happen, would it be possible to stay on rather than trying to find and move to another place. We were very impressed with this place. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is equipped with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The location was ideal for beach or pool time. Shopping of all sorts is around every corner. Restaurant choices were abundant and an added treat was having dicsounts because of an agreement with the resort. It’s the perfect Hawaiian location!!

We just got home from a week’s stay at Karl’s condo in Waikiki. The condo was beautiful, clean and relaxing and we loved having two bathrooms. The views from the 21st floor balcony were beautiful.
