Sunny position at the village border. There is a swimmingpool ca. 6.5 m x 15 m (open from ca. middle May until middle September, weather dependent) for common use. Driveway until house, private parking. Stairways to the flat. Bus stop ca. 30 ms., shop, lake with bathing-establishment, railway station ca. 3 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Smoking only permitted on terrace. Pets not allowed.

Kitchen, open to living room with modern cooking combination, E-ceramic-stove, dishwasher. 1 bedroom with double bed and exit on terrace. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower/toilet/washbasin.
