The 120 m² exclusive vacation apartment "Sünnsied" awaits you in Duhnen's top location. The beautiful sandy beach is only approx. 70 m away and the center of Duhnen is only a few minutes' walk away.

The exclusive apartment "Sünnsied" (Whg. 5 on the 1st floor) offers space for up to 4 people and is very high quality and equipped with many amenities. You can expect a spacious living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped fitted kitchen, satellite Internet TV. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and satellite TV, are very cozy and comfortable. There are two bathrooms (each accessible from the bedroom): The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, washbasin, WC and a towel radiator. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and towel radiator. The apartment has two balconies facing south and west as well as a French balcony facing east. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates the supply and exhaust air. All windows are fitted with electric shutters and triple-glazed; the apartment door is soundproofed and equipped with a front door intercom and a video transmission system for access control. In addition, free Internet-W-Lan is available.

A free parking space (no. 5) and a communal bicycle storage room are located in the basement.

There is also a communal laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor.



Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.

The city of Cuxhaven charges an accommodation tax of 2.75 % on the total price.
