Lovely apartment, lovely village. Overall a very good experience.
Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, and seemed recently renovated, the amenities were very good. The open plan kitchen/living room was very nice - kitchen was well fitted out, spotless, perfect condition and seemed new. The bathroom was clean with everything needed. The main bedroom was spacious and lovely. Lovely balconies. Very good location in the village. There is a lift to the 2nd floor - this was great on the first day with all our bags and departure day. There was a small welcome gift (some small bottles of wine and water) this was a very nice touch. The pool in the basement was lovely.
Cons: The sofa bed was essentially in the kitchen, the living area/kitchen were all one space and the sofa bed was positioned at the kitchen end, that is something we should have noticed ourselves prior to booking. The apartment would be perfect for 2 adults, but we were 2 plus our 18 year old.
There was no air conditioning and only one fan - again we should have spotted that ourselves, prior to booking - so not a fault with the apartment. It was hot at night and we did request another fan, but none was available. There was a manual for the apartment with local information etc. but it was only in Germany, it would be great to have this in other languages for international guests.
