You enter the house through the lower entrance on the gable end of the house.
The newly renovated apartment no. 1 is a mirror image of apartment no. 2.
An end door leads into the hallway with checkroom, shoe cupboard and spacious closet.
In the LIVING ROOM: the cozy upholstered suite, convertible into good sleeping furniture for 1 - 2 persons, with the corner table, flat screen TV, CD radio, game collection - books, dining area and display cabinet.
The glass doors from the WINTER GARDEN (with underfloor heating) can be opened wide. The meadow in front.
The modern, attractive fitted kitchen is fully equipped (with all electrical appliances), including microwave.
In the BEDROOM with 3 good beds suitable for intervertebral discs, adjustable slatted frames, there is space for 1 crib.
The new SHOWER ROOM with shower, WC and washbasin (with window).
The detached house, in the heart of the Black Forest, accommodates 4 vacation apartments and is quietly located at the Hochwald, directly at the intersection of hiking trails and ski trails.
A supermarket and bakery are a 6-minute walk away, 6 minutes to the nearest bus stop
Free parking spaces are available on the property.
The fully automatic central heating is in operation all year round.
