"Villa Luca"—a place to relax, even for dogs, in the middle of the forest—near the Klaistow Asparagus Farm

The living room features a large TV with Magenta TV. A cozy, spacious bedroom with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large sunroom with a dining table and couch make your stay pleasant even when the weather is inclement. Using the bicycles provided, you can reach the Klaistow Asparagus Farm in five minutes. Several other attractions, such as the treetop walk in Beelitz-Heilstätten and the new natural swimming area in Beelitz, are just a short drive away. “Villa Luca” is a typical old weekend home with its own strengths and weaknesses. You have to appreciate the old and slightly imperfect aspects if you want to have a wonderful time here. The hallway has not yet been renovated. The 1,200-square-meter property has a wooded character with pine trees that provide shade, but also features lovely sunny spots. Two bicycles and a BMX bike for teens are perfect for excursions. Please note: Tall people may bump their heads. The kitchen doorway has a clearance height of only 178 cm; some other doors are 184 cm high.

Für Naturliebhaber ist es dort super schön. Der Wald in dem das Häuschen steht ist traumhaft. Der Ofen im Ferienhaus macht es sehr gemütlich.Draußen ist viel Platz. Man kann Lagerfeuer machen oder Grillen und der Wald lädt immer zum Spaziergang oder zur Fahrradtour ein. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar.

Wer Ruhe sucht und diese in sich selbst auch finden kann, ist hier genau richtig. Mitten im Wald, mit ein paar wenigen Nachbarn, einfach in der Ausstattung, aber alles da was man braucht. Jederzeit und sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die hier einen Traum verwirklichen will. Noch ist nicht alles perfekt, kann man sich dran stören, muss man aber nicht!Ich bin jeden Tag gern von meinen Tagestouren mit dem Rad zurück gekommen, um den Tag in nahezu perfekter Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen.

Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage, sehr gut zum entspannen und Waldspaziergänge geeignet.Auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich von Felicitas . Es war alles vorhanden für den alltäglichen Gebrauch.Negativ ist zu beanstanden , dass das Wohnzimmer noch eine Baustelle ist .

Schade, dass ich Punkteabzüge hinnehmen musste, obwohl in der Beschreibung unter "Mehr zu dieser Unterkunft" geschildert wird, dass das Wohnzimmer und der Flur zurzeit noch renoviert werden, und man durch das Wohnzimmer in das Schlafzimmer gelangt. Ich habe deswegen auch ausdrücklich nur das Schlafzimmer vermietet. Deshalb auch der günstige Preis. Ich würde mich trotzdem freuen, meine Gäste wieder begrüßen zu dürfen, wenn dann das Wohnzimmer mit nutzbar ist.
