Villeneuve-Loubet – 3-star rated furnished tourist villa, ideally located between Antibes, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Nice and Monaco.

Spacious, air-conditioned villa with a private saltwater pool, completely private with no overlooking. Flat cycling path leading to the beach (approx. 1 mile). Golf and tennis within 3 km.

You have exclusive use of the entire villa (ground floor and first floor) as well as the private pool. The owners live discreetly in a separate outbuilding on the property, fully respecting your independence.

Cleaning fees included. Free private parking.

The accommodation

On arrival, all beds are made with sheets washed at 60°C. Bath and pool towels are provided. Cleaning products are available. Regular disinfection with bleach is carried out to ensure a high level of hygiene.

The villa is particularly well suited for families or stays with friends. Everything is provided for young children’s comfort:

Fabulous Family Holiday

Simply stunning accomodation for our party of 7 - including one infant aged 2. The small touches from Gabrielle and Sylvain (towells, cleaning products and breakfast on day 1) were really special, allowing us to relax from day 1. The kindness of the owners was unexpected and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant holiday. Really cannot explain how great they, and the villa are, and would recommend to anyone. Perfect vacation!

Rented this house for 2weeks. (4 adults, 5children.) Got a fantastic welcome by the owner when we arrived. Thank you! House were spacious and clean. Nice furnitures. Nothing were missing. Swimming pool were perfect, outdoor area were great. Weather was perfect. Stayed here without a car. Only 5min. walk to the nearest bus stop. Used train, to get to all the big cities in the area. Walk from the house to the beach were far too long, if you travel with kids. (too hot for them) Thank you to the owner for a great stay and we will definitely recommend this house. Tom Sande, Norway

Excellent séjour passé pendant nos vacances !

Très bon séjour passé pendant nos vacances. Les propriétaires sont super sympa et très disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison est bien penser (ont s'y sentait comme chez nous). Idéalement situé entre Cannes et Nice se qui nous a permis de découvrir une bonne partie de la région.

Angenehme Erholung

Wir haben Anfang Juni eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Die Eigentümer habne uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Da unser VW-Bus wegen einer Abwasserleitung nicht in die Garage gepasst hat, wurde diese vom Vermieter prompt am nächsten Tag verlegt und wir konnten das Fzg. im Schatten unterstellen. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils nur wenige km entfernt - zum schnell mal hinlaufen aber fast an der Grenze. Deshalb ist es empfehlenswert die Fahrräder mitzubringen oder sich welche für die Dauer des Aufenthalts zu mieten. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig - incl. einem riesen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit.

Spotless villa and great location!

My wife and I stayed here for a week recently, the villa was very easy to find and we were greeted with a very warm walcome. The villa itself is spotless, kitchen ha everything you could need a comfortably supports 8 people. The gas BBQ is also great for ease at any time, no faff lighting it. Bedroom and bathrooms were all spotless, there is also a large lounge dining area. Large patio has shades of necessary, also the pool is spotlessly clean, and the Astro grass makes in very child friendly. The pool is also private, not overlooked by any other villas. We rented a car which meant the location was excellent, large supermarkets nearby, also only a short drive or 20 minutes walk to a small town Villeneuve loubet where there is a quaint local maket we visited (think this is once or twice a week) also a couple of little resteraunts, bakers and butchers. There is a lovely chateau and church at the top of the hill to visit. The beach is a short drive away, 5-10 minutes max, easy parking there and a mix of sand or pebbles. Also very good acces to St Paul du Vence, Antibes and Nice centre. Overall location is very good, villa is spotless and has everything you could need and your hosts willl be very welcoming and are on hand if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Heerlijke villa in rustige omgeving

Verblijf van 5 nachten met 7 personen. Grote woonkamer met lekkere banken. Fijne veranda om lekker te eten en 's avonds te zitten. Keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken, grote koelkast en vaatwasser! Zwembad is heel goed afgesloten, makkelijk met kleine kinderen. Naast het zwembad is voorzien van kunstgras. Gebruik van een auto is wel nodig, binnen 5-10 minuten bij winkels en kust. Maison tres agréable très bien équipée ""comme à la maison"" Et surtout dans un lieu calme et reposant loin de la route Gabrielle & Sylvain les propriétaires sont tres attentionnés et répondent à vos attentes Avec un book très bien documenté sur la région comme un office du tourisme et les divers repères pour les différents commerces... Nous avons été surpris et très contents du petit + à larrivée beurre biscotte et confitures puis en milieu de séjour pour le dimanche matin viennoiserie et pain frais Une petite attention tellement rare aujourd'hui 👍 Ne changer rien Gabrielle & Sylvain 😉 Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons cette maison pour visiter cette magnifique région😎

Très bien

Gîte qui a correspondu à nos attentes. Très propre, très bien équipé. Gabrielle la propriétaire très accueillante, nous a bien informé sur les sites à visiter. Le grand + les courses de premières nécessités (beurre biscottes, confitures etc...) présents en cuisine en arrivant , le potage maison en milieu de séjour merci. Le seul point négatif le coût du ménage obligatoire.

Comfortable, home from home

Thank you Mme Julien for you very friendly welcome. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved it too! The little extras were very kind - a few things in the fridge, enough for breakfast in case we hadn't shopped, and washing up liquid, cling film, foil, bin bags, soap in the bathroom etc. We didn't use the swimming pool but I'm sure if the weather had been warmer we would have as it looked very inviting. From this location it is easy to get to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, the beach as long as you have transport. We will be recommending this to our friends and hope to return next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

un séjour très agréable

le séjour que nous avons passé fut très agréable notemment grâce à la maison. Celle-ci est très pratique, confortable et surtout ultra sécurisée (avec un bébé de 18 mois). cette villa bénéficie de toutes les commodités. La piscine est très agréable avec une pataugeoire pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute, très sympathiques. L'endroit et calme et nous recommandons cette maison et ce coin!!! de très belles vacances!!!

ENCORE MIEUX QUE L' AN PASSE

Déjà clients avec nos 2 grands garçons l'an dernier avec beaucoup de satisfaction à formuler (villa et équipements, situation, gentillesse des propriétaires), nous avions quelques appréhensions sur le fait que les propriétaires logeaient dorénavant sur place. En effet, nous imaginions mal la configuration suite à l'extension de la villa. Ces interrogations étaient absolument non fondées : - la villa demeure à l'entière disposition des locataires - M. et Mme Julien ont su trouver l'équilibre parfait entre disponibilité liée à la proximité, volonté permanente de satisfaire leurs hôtes et respect total de l'intimité de ces derniers. Les personnes souhaitant conseils, recommandations, trouvent écoute et réponse à leurs attentes, sans aucune intrusion (on est là très proche des services d'un hôtel de bon standing). Ceux qui préfèrent une complète autonomie, ne sont jamais dérangés. Nous n'avons que des compliments à exprimer et n'énumérerons pas les attentions prodiguées par M. et Mme Julien tout au long du séjour. En bref, cette location est à recommander sans hésitation.

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien verbracht!

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Das hat uns besonders gefallen: - Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden noch selten so willkommen geheissen. An dieser Stelle besten Dank! Bei Fragen und oder Unklarheiten waren sie stets erreichbar und immer gleich zur Hand. - Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dabei ist speziell die Küche zu erwähnen. Sie bietet alle Utensilien und Maschinen - mehr als in unserem Eigenheim. - Der Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Sie wollten nicht mehr mal ans Meer. Er ist gross genug und trotzdem bleibt im Garten noch Platz genug. Der Pool wurde ausserdem jeden Morgen durch den Besitzer gereinigt und unterhalten. - Der Garten war Blickgeschützt. Wir fühlten uns dadurch absolut unbeobachtet und genossen die Privatsphäre. - Das Haus selber ist grossräumig und bietet definitiv Platz genug. Es ist schön und mit Stil ausgestattet. - Die Fahrzeuge (wir kamen mit 2 Vans) konnten innerhalb des Grundstückes parkiert werden. Und da kam niemand ohne Fernbedienung rein. - Das Gebäude liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes in einem ruhigen Quartier. Genau wie wir es uns wünschten. - Die Hunde waren stets ebenfalls willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir konnten diese auch da lassen und die Familie hatte ein Auge auf sie. - Das Haus ist genau wie im Netz beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es erwartet einen keine unangenehme Überraschungen. - Last but not least: das Haus war picobello sauber! Könnte noch was verbessert werden? - Das eine Bett knarzte. Wir haben jedoch bei den Besitzern nichts gesagt oder bemängelt, da wir es selber beheben konnten. Der Rahmen war für den Rost einfach zu gross. Mit der richtigen Position dieses, war aber das Problem behoben. Ist somit also keine Kritik -> ihr seht... dieses Haus ist echt empfehlenswert. Wer sollte da nicht hin? - Wer Weitblick wünscht, sollte was anderes buchen. Denn hier wird Privatsphäre genossen. D.h. der Garten ist mit hohen Büschen geschlossen. Wem das nicht passt, sollte was anderes wählen. - Wer zu Fuss ans Meer möchte, sollte ebenfalls woanders hin. Aber bei Buchung sieht man ja die Distanz. Wir bedanken und nochmals bei der Familie Julien für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

An excellent base to explore the area

Our family of 6 (+ 2 dogs) stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It is a spacious detached house and the description provided was very accurate. Very comfortable for 6 persons, would accommodate up to 8. The owners were extremely helpful, from shopping (large Geant Casino Supermarket not far away)to sight-seeing, any question, just ask. The house is very clean, well maintained and well equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. We especially liked the swimming pool! Good location for exploring the French Riviera from Monaco to Frejus, also the 'hinterland', e.g. Grasse, St. Paul de Vence just to name a couple. We have no problems in recommending this property, ideal for the larger family.

La villa est très bien entretenue, très très propre les systèmes de sécurité au niveau des escaliers et de la piscine sont très pratique et vous permettent d apprécier les moments de détente sans avoir à surveiller les enfants H24. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter la cote d azur. 15 min de Nice 10 min des parcs antibes Land et aquasplash 50 min d Italie. La proprietaire est disponible tout le temps pour le confort des vacanciers. Voisinage agréable sans oublier la belle piscine. Je recommande sans hésitations

Très belle maison

Magnifique villa au calme et sans vis à vis, propre et très bien entretenu pour une maniaque comme moi. Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Tout dans cette maison est fait pour le confort des locataires et pour faire en sorte de passer des vacances reposante. Je recommande vivement cette location. Wonderful holiday

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at your villa. It was like living home from home. Gabrielle and her family were on hand for advice and were exceptionally kind and facilitating. The villa is set in a beautiful area in France, close to a local village, beach and train station. We hired a car which I would recommend as there is so much to see and do in the area. Driving can be a stressful if not used to driving on the other side of the road ;). We took the train to Monaco and Cannes which was very hassle free. The villa had everything and more.... Being able to eat outside by the pool and relaxing to the wee small hours over a glass or two of some very nice French wine. The pool is fantastic size and the kids (aged 14 and 10) spent most of their days playing in it. The best holiday EVER! With special thanks to Gabrielle and her lovely family :-)

Séjour Villeneuve Loubet

Bonjour, tout d'abord nous tenions mon époux et moi même ainsi que toutes les personnes qui ont partagé notre séjour dans votre villa à vous remercier pour l'accueil chaleureux que vous nous avez réservé lors de notre arrivée. nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances grâce à vous. nous nous permettons de vous féliciter pour l'entretien de votre maison tant pour sa propreté grandement appréciée que pour sa décoration. nous nous sommes très vite sentis à l'aise, les enfants ont pu profiter du grand jardin et de sa piscine qui est plus qu'agréable. petit bémol... en fait même en creusant nous n'en trouvons pas ;) le cadre est agréable et calme. Les commerces non loin, c'est bien pratique. conclusion : séjour réussi mais pas seulement, une très belle rencontre également, avec votre jolie et agréable famille ce qui donne envie de revenir... ce n'est pas un au revoir mais un à bientôt que nous vous disons.

Excellente vacances !!!

Une magnifique villa conforme aux photos . •très sécurisé pour les enfants. ( piscine avec sa barrières , portail de chaque coté de la villa car nous étions deux familles avec des petits enfants dont des jumelles ) • très propres assez rare ds la régions!!!! •A la fois au calme et a quelque minute de la mer Des commerces • villa très spacieuse avec une magnifique terrasse donnant sur la piscine • la très belle piscine au calme sans vis a vis • Mais surtout de très agréables propriétaires avec seul envie de vous faire passer de bonne vacances !!! Voilà je loue dans la région depuis 5 ans et je vous conseil vraiment cette villa !!!! Merci au propriétaires !! et j espère à l année prochaine M David

maison fonctionnelle et très agréable,

propriétaires charmants et disponibles , maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée, proche de toutes commodités. Bon rapport qualité / prix dans un environnement très cher. le vieux Villeneuve Loubet est charmant et les grandes surfaces commerciales ne sont pas très éloignées pour les courses ; une navette permet de rejoindre la plage aisément ; les adeptes de la nature pourront également s'exercer à un parcours d'accro branches assez sélectif
