Garden seat with stone table for private use. Driveway until house. Reserved parking. Bus stop, village ca. 100 m. River with bathing possibilities ca. 3 km. Shops ca. 12 km (Bosco Gurin and Cevio). Bed/kitchen/bath linen available. Baby cot until 2 years and washing machine available. Pets not permitted.

Tasteful, modern-rustic furnished living spaces. Ground floor: separate entrance in bedroom with bunk bed and divan, suitable as sofa bed for 1 person. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Staircase in the upper floor. 1st floor: entrance into living room with dining table and 2 armchairs, swedish stove, sat-tv, wireless internet and open kitchen with modern cooking combination with e-ceramic stove, dishwasher, exit to garden seat. Staircase in the upper floor which is open to the living room. 2nd floor: open gallery with double bed for 2 persons. Ground floor with wooden ceilings and sight beams.
