This individually furnished thatched-roof house, with its 1,000-square-meter garden, offers a quiet, idyllic retreat for optimal relaxation. The property is surrounded on all sides by a well-maintained hedge, and the spacious garden offers ample parking. You can also enjoy your vacation from the garden or rooftop terrace. The lower living area is bright and open. The kitchen area, which includes a seating nook, is adjoined by a spacious work area. The light-filled sunroom, featuring a cozy couch, is perfect for reading, watching TV, or simply relaxing. There is also a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the lower floor. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The spacious rooftop terrace, facing the Baltic Sea, is particularly inviting, offering views of the beautiful surroundings. Super tolle Lage. Altes Haus mit ganz viel Charme, vor allem der offene Wohn- Essbereich ist durch den Wintergarten einfach toll. Gefühlt mitten in der Natur. Sehr großes Grundstück.Einzig die Schlafzimmr sind recht klein. Gerade das obere Kinderzimmer ist sehr beengt, an Klaustrophobie darf man da nicht leiden. Wir hatten Silberfische im Haus, aber wir denken, das war durch längere Nicht-Nutzung des Hauses im Frühjahr. Nach einer längeren Lüftung war es recht angenehm. Viele Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war mehr als ordentlich. Die große Pfanne ist nicht mehr eben und sollte mal ausgewechselt werden. Auch der Service von Meerfischland war wieder top. Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Steilküste, nahe zum ehemaligen Künstlercafe Buhne 12. Was jetzt dort steht ist für mich einfach nur traurig. Eine Entwicklung die man leider immer mehr wahrnimmt. Aus dem wild-romatischen Ahrenshoop wird ein hipper Platz für Leute mit Geld. Schade.
