This elegant, thatched-roof vacation home is located just behind the dike and the dune landscape of Wustrow, right by the beach access. You’re just 30 meters away from the fine-sand swimming beach. The dike also offers excellent opportunities for biking and hiking tours to the surrounding villages. The center of Wustrow is about 2.5 kilometers away. Here you can stroll along the beach promenade or relax in one of the many cafés and restaurants.

This charming house underwent a luxurious renovation in early 2020 and has since radiated timeless elegance. Right in the entryway, with its coat rack and bench, the high-quality, shell limestone-like stone floor catches the eye; it extends throughout the entire first floor and is kept comfortably warm on colder days by underfloor heating. From the entryway, you enter the stylish living area, which opens to the right into the spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa arrangement, and a large flat-screen TV, and to the left into the kitchen, fully equipped with Miele built-in appliances and featuring a cozy dining nook. A cohesive color scheme creates an elegant living atmosphere, culminating in the light-filled sunroom, which is separated from the kitchen only by a loft window. Here you’ll find a solid, extendable dining table that’s just as suitable for a leisurely brunch as it is for long, convivial evenings. Alternatively, the conservatory—which can be completely darkened—offers sleeping accommodations for two people in the form of two lounge sofa beds. Also on the first floor is a luxurious bathroom, where seamless marble-effect stoneware covers the entire wall height and underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Hidden behind a built-in closet is a Miele washer-dryer.

A wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a spacious loft area that invites you to linger, relax, or study. The two bedrooms—each equipped with high-quality built-in closets, large mirrored doors, and integrated flat-screen TVs—are accessible from the loft. On the left, you’ll find a double box-spring bed; on the right, two single box-spring beds that can be joined to form a double bed if needed. A second bathroom—also with underfloor heating—featuring a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as an adjoining sauna area, rounds out the upper floor for the perfect vacation.

Thanks to its fiber-optic connection, LUV is also an excellent choice for combining vacation and work. A desk on the upper floor, as well as the light-filled sunroom, provide the ideal setting to retreat and work undisturbed.

The outdoor area features a 650-square-meter lot. The beautiful garden is completely enclosed by shrubs and hedges, making it perfect for a vacation with your dog. Adjacent to the house is a spacious terrace with an oversized umbrella and an extendable dining table, bathed in the warm sunlight of the Baltic Sea all day long. An electric grill is also available here. Under a picturesque pine tree, you’ll also find an elegant lounge sofa area, a hanging chair, and two sun loungers for relaxing moments of “chilling out,” all of which blend seamlessly with the house’s harmonious color scheme. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A spacious parking area for up to two cars and a charging station for electric cars are available to you free of charge.

The entrance doors are monitored by two security cameras. The cameras are turned off when the property is occupied and are activated only when it is vacant.
