Wonderful location and excellent host communication. Unit itself was on the second floor and overloooked a summer camp for children - so during week there was quite a bit of morning noise. Not an ocean view unit and outdoor balcony essentially just view of surrounding buildings. Not a fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils. A tea kettle would be nice. Air conditioning was mediocre. Value here is in the location.
