The previous occupants had left the safes locked but this was rectified immediately. Communication is always excellent and they answer any request quickly. Would highly recommend.

Belle grande terrasse bien equipée. Grandes piscines situées dans un beau jardin de plantations exotiques, calme au mois de septembre (quasiment rien que pour nous). Parking souterrain sécurisé. A +/- 100m d'un supermarché bien achalandé et à 10' à pied du port de plaisance, des restaurants et des boutiques de luxe. La plage et la promenade du bord de mer se trouvent à 5-10' à pied de l'appartement. A 1h de Malaga en voiture et à +/_ 10 km de Marbella-centre. L'agence se trouve en face de la résidence.

Fabulous stay

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The apartment was clean and sparkly throughout. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking implements and crockery. Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely with good quality linens. The balcony is lovely, with it being south facing it is hot, but there are canopies overhead to shade you. A welcome bottle of wine and a small selection of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen. Great WiFi. Loved it.

Only criticism I could say was that there were no beach/pool towels. People at reception were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend using Banus Rentals and this apartment
