Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the spa park to the Förde hiking trail. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

This approximately 40 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Hafen-Residenz apartment complex at the old Laboe harbor, with a side view of the fjord and harbor view and can accommodate up to 4 people.

It features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and ample storage space, a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a combined living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and a kitchenette. You can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast on the balcony overlooking the harbor. A parasol provides pleasant shade.

A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. This is a lift-type parking space (L 500 cm x W 200 cm x H 150 cm). Please note the maximum height of 1.50 m. Larger cars and vans must find a spot elsewhere. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.

Bicycles you bring with you can be parked outside. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for your use in the basement.

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee. Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
