Die Wohnung ist schön und modern, allerdings kann man auf den Bilder nicht sehen, dass sie nur

Die Wohnung ist schön und modern, allerdings kann man auf den Bilder nicht sehen, dass sie nur etwas für Menschen bis ca. 1,60 m noch bequem und komfortabel ist. Auch muss man körperlich noch sehr fit sein. Die Treppe ins 4.OG ist extrem steil und nichts für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen oder auch kleinere Kinder. Die Schräge im Bad ist leider auch mehr als man es auf den sehr gut gemachten Bildern sieht, sodass man sich ständig irgendwo stößt. Das die Wohnung "nur" 50 qm hat, wussten wir, aber aufgrund unserer Körpergrößen von bis zu 2 m hätten wir uns bei besserer Beschreibung der Wohnung für eine für uns bequemere entschieden. Auch der Hinweis, dass der Tiefgaragenplatz sehr eng ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Zur Mülltrennung hätten wir uns eine genauere Beschreibung der Mülltonnenplätze etc. gewünscht. Schön waren Balkon und die Verfügbarkeit eines Strandkorbs. Die zentrale Lage und die Fußläufigkeit vieler Läden wie Bäcker, Drogerie etc. ist toll.
