Cozy, detached vacation home with sun terrace and sunbathing lawn

Our cozy, comfortably furnished, and peacefully situated vacation home is nestled between the forest and meadows. To help you relax, you’ll find a beautiful garden with lounge chairs and a sun deck. The river is just a few meters away. Right next door is the Altdorfer Forest with its lakes, which is perfect for lovely hikes and bike rides. Day trips to Lake Constance and the Allgäu region are ideal (approx. 40 minutes away). Ravensburg, with its beautiful old town, cafes, and restaurants, invites you to stroll and linger (approx. 15 km away).
This accommodations are perfect for people who enjoy being active in nature and are seeking peace and relaxation. You can set off on a bike ride or hike right from the house. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find small towns with lovely cafes, restaurants, and recreational pools. For example, Bad Waldsee—with its beautiful natural lake, outdoor pool, and thermal baths—is a great destination for an outing (approx. 8 km). There are also attractions for children. For example, Ravensburger Spieleland is not far away, and Waldburg Castle offers a taste of medieval life. Additional information is available in the house. In the nearby town, about 2 km away, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a restaurant.
On the upper floor of the house, there are two separate rooms (stairs—not wheelchair accessible). One bedroom with a double bed and one single bedroom with a 120-cm bed. (Bedding included).
On the first floor is a separate, fully equipped, spacious kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, all kitchen utensils, silverware, dishes, vinegar, oil, spices, salt, sugar, and a coffee pod machine including coffee pods),
a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer (towels included), a modern living room with a flat-screen TV, and a dining room (1 high chair for children available).
There is a large terrace for relaxing and a large garden with lounge chairs and a barbecue area (please bring your own charcoal).
There is a ground-level bike storage room with a power outlet, for which you will have your own key. Parking in front of the house is, of course, free of charge. One dog is allowed free of charge; additional pets upon request.
We’ll take care of the final cleaning at no charge.
