Nestled in the peaceful Seine-Maritime countryside and not far from the coast, this authentic and spacious brick house from the 19th century invites you on a cosy journey back in time. Conjure up hearty dishes in the open-plan kitchen and take a seat at the inviting dining table between wooden beams and natural stone walls. After a long excursion, enjoy harmonious games evenings and listen to the crackling of the fireplace while relaxing on the sofa and reading.



The spacious garden is a real oasis of peace and offers your children plenty of space to play and run around in the fresh air. Fire up the barbecue and celebrate your time together with cosy meals in the open air.



Go on a coastal hike on the breathtaking cliffs of Étretat, enjoy freshly caught fish in the harbour of Fécamp or visit the Benedictine palace with its liqueur distillery. Cycle along the Vélomaritime route, sunbathe on the beach at Saint-Valery-en-Caux and admire the cathedral and picturesque half-timbered houses in Rouen.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr typisches normannisches Backsteinhaus in einem sehr großen Garten - im Sommer sicher toll! Die sehr ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Dörfchen unweit der touristischen Orte am Meer ist gut. Weiteres unerwartetes Plus: ein Zimmer mit Billard Tisch, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Einen Stern müssen wir abziehen, da die Küche ungewöhnlich schlecht ausgestattet war - kein Kochmesser, kein Wasserkocher, super-billige Filterkaffeemaschine, kein Schneidbrett, nur 2 gleich große Riesentöpfe - alles in billigster Qualität. Kochen macht so wenig Spaß. Auch unnötig: ein Heizkörper in der Küche funktionierte nicht, eine Anleitung gab es nicht. Alles Dinge, die einfach zu lösen wären. Dennoch - für den Nebensaison Preis prima, wir haben die Zeit genossen!
