You won't find another house with 2000 sq feet 4 BR/3 Full BA in the heart of Ocean City (932 Central Avenue) that is this spacious for multi-generational/multi-family groups. When you walk in the door, you will feel right at home.
Walk into a large living room with 10' ceilings and a 50' flat screen TV with cable tv, DVR and Blue Ray DVD player. A few stairs takes you to a bright open kitchen with plenty of space for the whole family. There are modern appliances and plenty of kitchen basics. From there, you will find 4 LARGE bedrooms and 3 FULL baths plus an enclosed outside shower.
There is a quasi 2nd Master Suite with a Queen bed next to the kitchen and away from all the other bedrooms (offering more privacy, great for grandparents). The FULL bathroom is just outside the door. The next level has the Master Suite with a Queen bed, a TV with cable and a private bath. From there, a few stairs takes you to the laundry room as well as two additional bedrooms, each has 2 sets of twin beds and both are adjacent to the 3rd full bathroom. Back bedroom has TV with cable.

The entire home is WIFI enabled so you can catch-up on emails or look up OC activities and restaurants. Cable TV on all 3 tvs. Wireless BOSE docking station in the kitchen. It is vacation but it is hard to leave the tech at home. Summer rentals includes use of 6 summer beach tags for the week.
Off-season non-weekly rentals include paper products for kitchen (paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, saran wrap, food bags, coffee filters) and bathrooms (tissues, toilet paper, hand soap). In addition in the off season, sheet are included with rental so you just pack clothes, towels and toiletries!
The house is convenient to EVERYTHING Ocean City has to offer. Come across the 9th Street Causeway and you are here in just a few minutes. Park your car in the garage or on the property (room for total 4 cars easily) and never move it the whole time you are HERE. WALK a block or two to breakfast, Starbucks, Dunking Donuts, the beach, boardwalk, amusements, ice cream, dinner, downtown shopping, the grocery store, even McDonalds. Perfect front porch w/ table and chairs for people watching. Private deck w/ partial shade on 2nd floor to enjoy sunbathing or Happy Hour. Plus 2 additional balconies off the back bedrooms to enjoy the morning shore air. It is nice to be together but know that there is lots of space to no be on top of each other.

Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort is located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. Most of the beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bay front area for waterspouts, fishing charters and boat rentals. There is a 2.5 mile boardwalk loaded with amusement piers, shopping and restaurants. There is a music pier venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

About Chris and Joe Dickson
Chris grew up visiting Ocean City in the summer. Joe is from Northern NJ and his family now resides in Seaside Park. When looking to purchase a shore property, they wanted a family-oriented, walkable town with lots of activity. Ocean City fit the bill perfectly since it has a lot to offer everyone including a busy off-season.

Why Chris and Joe Dickson chose Ocean City
This was by far the largest 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom property (over 2000 square feet) that we looked at and is very different from the one story (upstairs or downstairs) properties that line Ocean City. Once we saw this house, we knew this would be the perfect place to bring friends and family to create special memories through the years.
What makes this Townhome unique
I hate to admit that I am picky but I am, just ask Joe. What was especially appealing about this home, was the fact that it was completely livable from the get go. We loved the look and feel of everything in the house. It had that beachy feel but not kitchy, nice that you want to spend time, comfortable and relaxing. Over time, we hope to make improvements to make it our ideal beach house. Renovations to date: 2016: Resurfaced all decks and replaced deck furniture 2015: installed wood look floor that always look great plus had the first two levels painted. 2014: Fenced in side yard and outside shower.

Your home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The layout is perfect for families as there is a space for everyone to relax and play games, watch TV or just hang out. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the rooms - they are very spacious and everything you would need is available.
We had two small children with us and the bedrooms are removed from the main living space so that the noise of adults was not an issue. However; the beach is about 4 blocks away and with toddlers to carry, plan on staying on the beach until you return at the end of the day.
We are already planning our next visit and will stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time!
The perfect amount of space
I traveled with my family of adult children and one significant other. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of room to sleep, relax, shower, etc. without getting on top of each other. Loved the layout of this home and the proximity to some of our favorite OCNJ places - like the Varsity Inn, Hobby Horse, Manco & Manco - everything was an easy walk! And the space for cars (at the beginning of the week we had three there) was awesome!
Great Place to Stay
The house is right where you want to be. Our ages ranged from 25 to 85. Close to the beach and boardwalk and the Asbury shops and Starbucks!! The house had plenty of room for all of us, and gave everyone enough space to accommodate quiet time. Bikes and carts and plenty of beach gear to go around. Beach tags were provided and we would rent again. The owners answered any questions that we had.
We truly enjoyed staying in this home during our trip to Ocean City, NJ. The home was newer, clean and comfortable. With only a few blocks to the Boardwalk, we were able to enjoy everything the city has to offer; including the yummy ice cream place around the corner. I would stay in this house again. Very roomy which provided plenty of space for all seven of us. Had lots of accessories for us to enjoy as well - beach tags, beach toys, chairs, grill, bikes, and board games.

Great place which is in walking distance to everything.
The place has a lot of charm and is very spacious. The outdoor shower is also a Great feature.
GREAT BEACH HOUSE !
Very nice property, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Townhouse setting good for noise since bedrooms are on three levels. Kitchen awesome which lends to great family time! Garage holds bikes, beach chairs, toys and carts while allowing 2 cars to park inside. Outside shower is great for little sandy feet! Fenced in side yard allows to children to play without worrying about the street.
Ideally located in central downtown a few blocks from the 9th street bridge.

Additional information about rental rates
Mid-June - Labor Day rentals are booked weekly, Saturday to Saturday. There are no taxes associated with this rental. Utilities and cleaning fees included. Non-weekly off season rentals include paper products for Kitchen (paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, saran wrap, food bags, coffee filters) and Bathrooms (tissues, toilet paper, hand soap). Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit for all full week rentals/$300 weekends unless a group is under 25 then it will be $500. The deposit will be refunded within a week provided there is no damage to the unit, keys are returned, unit is left in a neat and tidy condition.
