Wir waren im November dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Im Sommer bestimmt herrlich, denn dann ist noch der Balkon bzw. die Terrasse nutzbar und man hat - leider mit einer städtebaulichen Katastrophe gegenüber - einen Ausblick auf das Meer. Sehr, sehr freundliche Verwaltung, Ausstattung top, das Bett superbequem, alles großzügig, so dass sich auch der große Hund wohlgefühlt hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Wir hatten in der Nordstrandperle das Appartement O6 mit Balkon und seitlichem Meerblick und können es empfehlen sowohl von der Ausstattung, der hellen, freundlichen und modernen Atmosphäre im Küchen/Wohnbereich als auch von der Lage her. Es sind kurze Wege zum Meer und in die Innenstadt. Allerdings sind ca. 30 Stufen zu bewältigen hinauf zum Appartement. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein kleines nach oben zu öffnendes Gaubenfenster mit einer mühseligen Bedienung mittels einer Kettenschnur zum öffnen und schließen. Das Boxspringbett ist großzügig und bequem. Die aufwendige Beleuchtung bietet verschiedene Varianten, von gemütlich bis funktionell ist alles möglich. Es gibt genügend Platz. Das schließen des Fensters im Schlafzimmers des Appartements O6 mittels einer Kettenschnur ist sehr mühselig, da der Haken zum einhängen der Kette in der Wand zu hoch angebracht wurde. Um die Kette leicht einhängen zu können, muss der Haken versetzt werden. Da wir die Befürchtung hatten, dass der wackelige Haken ausreißt, haben wir das Fenster geschlossen gelassen und mussten leider auf frische Luft verzichten. In ihrem Internetauftritt sollten die interessierten Gäste besser erklärt bekommen, dass bei den Gästen der E Appartements im äußeren Sitzbereich die Gäste der O Appartements vorbei müssen beim verlassen oder erreichen ihrer Wohnung. Um die O Appartements zu erreichen kommen nochmal weitere 15 Stufen hinzu, heißt insgesamt sind es mehr als 30 Stufen. Die Erreichbarkeit der Appartements von außen ist gut gelöst, man versteht es aber erst richtig live und nur unvollständig in ihrer Beschreibung. Die Balkonbestuhlung ist bequem. Da die Sitzpolster fest integriert sind und Regen häufiger vorkommt auf Norderney, sind sie leider oft nicht benutzbar da sie länger trocknen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der hellen, freundlichen und modernen Wohnung. Wir haben nichts vermisst, uns wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Tolle Lage Sehr netter Empfang Sehr schöne Anlage und Wohnung Schade, dass es im nächsten Jahr wieder nur Buchungen für mindestens-Woche gibt. Nicht immer ist es möglich so lange weg zu fahren. Andernfalls wären wir gerne nächstes Jahr wieder gekommen.

Hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Nette Begrüßung bei Ankunft. Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber, Betten bequem. Wir kommen wieder! Die Matratze auf der Schlafcouch in Ap. O6 ist durchgelegen (Metallfedern drücken sich heraus in die Haut). Sonst war alles perfekt - vielen Dank!
