At our property, located in the heart of Bad Kissingen’s Old Town, you can choose from four modern, renovated holiday apartments that are tailored to your needs.

Our Krampert holiday apartments are located in a traffic-calmed zone right next to City Hall, ensuring you enjoy the peace and relaxation you’re looking for.

All of our apartments are non-smoking—a perfect retreat.

The Accommodation
Within a 2- to 5-minute walk, you’ll find everything you need:

A bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, as well as a grocery and household goods store.

For a cosy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there are many restaurants, cafés, and eateries with a variety of atmospheres in the immediate vicinity.

The spa gardens and rose garden, as well as the spa theatre, the casino, and the spa facilities, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

In addition, you’ll find numerous opportunities for activities in the surrounding area:

Prices are per accommodation unit per day based on double occupancy, excluding breakfast.

A surcharge of €20.00 per day applies for each additional person; all prices include sales tax, electricity, heat, bed linens, and towels; plus visitor’s tax.

Minimum rental period: 4 days—final cleaning: €25.
For rental periods of 10 days or more, NO final cleaning fee will be charged.

Parking is provided - FREE OF CHARGE.
