The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, books and toys for children. A baby cot is also available. This holiday home features a private outdoor area with a hot tub, garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.



From the residence, you can walk to the town center, where you will find many services such as a supermarket, pizzeria, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, bar and more.
