It is only 8 minutes walk from the organized sandy beach "Kasonia" and around 14 minutes from the beautiful, picturesque beach "Gefyra".

It is located in the heart of the town, where one can easily explore the town by walking, visit the museums, stroll through the small picturesque alleys and shops, visit the sponge processing areas, buy various traditional products (sponges, thyme honey, etc.) and taste the traditional cuisine and fresh fish in the ouzo restaurants.

There are stairs to the apartment, as in most houses in the town. The bedrooms are located on the second floor with the toilet-bathroom and therefore not recommended for people with mobility difficulties and people of advanced age over 70-75 years old.
