Holiday Home 'Paraiso Para 4' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Located in Miami Platja, the holiday home Villa Paraiso for 4 people offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. For your entertainment, there is also a table tennis table. A cot and high chair are provided for the little ones. In the private outdoor area, you will find an open and covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.
The accommodation offers access to a shared outdoor area with pool and garden. Parking is available on the property, and there are also free parking spaces on the street. A maximum of one pet is allowed, but not in the pool or on the beds. Parties or events are not permitted. A communal washing machine is available for guests. An external staircase leads to the second floor, and the second bedroom has a separate entrance from outside. In July and August, the use of air conditioning may incur an extra charge if a set electricity limit is exceeded.
