Kugelbaum - Habelberg Apartments

Cosy 70 m² holiday apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 comfortable bathroom with a rain shower, and a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200×200 cm, without a footboard). The living area features two sleeper sofas, each sleeping one person—ideal for families or small groups.



The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. Within walking distance are a bakery with an attached café, as well as a supermarket and a restaurant.
The house and the apartments were completely renovated in 2024. The apartments are located in the attic and are bright, spacious, and modern in design. Both apartments offer a wonderful view of the Habelberg.
It offers a wonderful starting point for excursions to the Rhön Biosphere Reserve with its star park, the Red and Black Moors, and many interesting sights, such as the Fladungen Open-Air Museum, the artists’ village of Kleinsassen, or the Wasserkuppe.



On-site fees: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. A travel cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). A tourist tax of €1 per night per adult applies. This is not included in the apartment price and must be paid on-site. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.)



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
