Welcome to our group accommodation in Neuastenberg – a charming holiday home with five fully furnished apartments and a spacious communal area.
Each guest enjoys their own comfortable apartment, while the whole group can come together under one roof to share meals, cook, and relax. Ideal for groups who like to follow their own rhythm during the day but enjoy spending the evenings together.

Highlights:Five comfortable apartments – all exclusively for your group:
The house features five separate apartments, each with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom, and multiple bedrooms. The apartments are stylishly and warmly decorated with handmade furniture and can each accommodate 4 to 6 guests. In total, up to 26 people can stay here.

Communal area with large kitchen:
The central meeting space brings everyone together. Here you’ll find a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook for the entire group, a long dining table for lingering meals, and a cozy seating area to relax after a day in nature or on the slopes.

Child-friendly & playful:
The little ones are well catered for too. Outside, they can enjoy the trampoline and play set, while inside there’s a playroom with a PlayStation, foosball table, chalkboard, and toys. High chairs and baby cots (2 available) are provided. A lockable ski storage room is also available.

Comfort & convenience:
The house offers free parking and two charging stations for electric cars. All apartments are equipped with modern appliances, comfortable beds, reliable WiFi, and TVs with channels including Fox Sports and Film1.

Enjoy cozy moments outdoors:
In the garden, two picnic tables and two barbecues (for charcoal or briquettes) are ready for a relaxed evening grill session.
