This spacious 55.54 m2 apartment has been designed for maximum comfort for 4 guests. It is ideal for parents with children, groups of friends, or business travelers. At the heart of the apartment is an elegant living room that invites you to spend time together. A large television with satellite channels and Smart TV functionality guarantees evening entertainment and relaxation after an eventful day. The room opens onto a large, furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, admire the views, and enjoy the fresh air. The apartment has two separate bedrooms that offer peace and privacy. The first one has a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, while the second one has a double sofa bed and a desk for comfortable remote work. In each bedroom, the space has been arranged to ensure maximum functionality. The fully equipped kitchenette encourages guests to prepare their own meals. Guests have access to an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and electric kettle. The dining table is a great place for shared meals and conversations. Modern appliances such as a dishwasher make it easier to keep things tidy. The modern bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, making longer stays even more comfortable.
