About Nancy Mavergeorge
We love Breck in all seasons. We have 4 children: 2 girls and 2 boys. We all love to ski/snowboard as a family. We also love the summers in Breckenridge. Tim is a family and marital therapist. Nancy is a elementary teacher who tutors students. We work hard to treat our guests as we would wish to be treated. We hope we have a chance to treat you, too!

Brilliant place to stay
We were a party of 14, 3 families that stayed at the start of April for 10 days.
This Chalet was perfect. We devided up the bedrooms and used the bathrooms as one per family. This was perfect for us.
The Chalet is spacious and well equipped. Communication with Nancy, the owner, was prompt, efficient and welcoming.
We were all there to ski and did so every day by catching the bus to peak 8, 50 yards walk. This was pretty lazy as another 2 minutes walking would have got us to peak 8, but the ladies preferred the bus.
Skiing was brilliant, no queues, great snow, well marshalled and very polite helpful local skiers.
We ate on the slopes which was OK, not posh and the cost was fair.
We skied till 1630 each day then went back to the Chalet by bus which took less than 2 minutes. Great when the legs were tired from skiing.
Then straight into the hot tub which was perfect to finish off the day. The hot tub on the deck was a great way to wind down, relax and take in the views of the slopes in complete silence.
We ate in every night as there was everything you could possibly need to cook for a large group. The exception was when we hired a Chef through the link from Nancy. That was excellent too and will be reviewed separately.
The 10 days passed very quickly and the group cannot wait to return to this Chalet next year as we could not find fault with any aspect of the Chalet.

This was the perfect home for our large family group. Very spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular mountain view.
Nancy was most accommodating, assisting us every step of the way with ski rentals, restaurant recommendations, home delivery services, etc. And the skiing was exceptional. I highly recommend this home.
We are very thankful to have been able to enjoy the home. We are the content team for the Dew Tour and Nancy was extremely accommodating. Being so close to Peak 8 and having a home to walk back to with all of our gear made our lives much less stressful. It is a beautiful home and we hope to stay again when we return next year.

Out location in Breckenridge is excellent. We are located between Peak 8 and Main Street. The free shuttle runs all day and all evening with the stop just behind our home...steps away.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We will make our best commercial effort to re-rent the property in the event of a cancelation. If we are able to re-rent at a rate equal or greater than the original rental contract, we will provide a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. If the new contract is of lower value, we will provide a refund pro rata, less a $100 cancellation fee. Trip Insurance is available through VRBO/HomeAway and others, and is quite reasonable and recommended. We do not allow smoking on the premises. With regret, no pets please.
