Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used for barbecues or cooking. Please respect quiet hours from midnight to 8:00 am.



You will have exclusive use of the entire property and can return at any time. Public street parking is available nearby, and a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles is at your disposal. Electric car charging stations are about 100 meters away. A well-equipped gym is just steps from the house.
