Fantastic Appertment
I spent 10 days in this great apartment.
It is perfectly clean, excellently equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the roof terrace is fantastic.
The only negative thing I noticed was that communication with the property management was very difficult due to the fact that no one there actually speaks reasonable English or German.
In addition, there is also a Spanish company that is supposed to be responsible for the payment, which did not work out.
In addition, the separation of waste in Italy is known to be costly, but this would not be the problem if one would be supplied with appropriate (yellow) bags, for example, for the plastic waste. Unfortunately, only one bag was available, which I used after a few days.
If not threatened with having to pay a fine if you do not separate the waste correctly, it would actually not be a problem.
There is also a deposit of €500 to pay, which I was not aware of before.
The underground garage is not yet 100% finished and there is an enormous amount of fine construction dust lying around, which you inevitably carry into the apartment onto the beautiful black tiles.
If the little things I described were also turned off, it would have been a perfect stay.
But so it was very close to perfection
