The covered loggia facing northeast offers a magnificent view of the greenery—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the healthy Baltic Sea climate. Here, you can start your day in a relaxed manner or wind it down comfortably with a glass of wine.

This spacious apartment features a bright, welcoming atmosphere and thoughtfully designed amenities. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth, while windows with sun-protective glazing optimally regulate the indoor climate.

In the separate, fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, oven, and a modern glass-ceramic cooktop are all at your disposal. From the dining area, you have direct access to the loggia with comfortable patio furniture—ideal for relaxing while enjoying the view of nature.

In the living area, a comfortable double sofa bed invites you to relax or spend the night. A sliding door allows you to visually separate the living area if needed. Two large flat-screen TVs—one in the living room and one in the separate bedroom—provide evening entertainment. In the bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed awaits you, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired: Look forward to a walk-in shower, an additional bathtub, a heated towel rack, a vanity with a hair dryer, and comfortable underfloor heating. Dogs are welcome—making your holiday with the whole family absolutely perfect.

The spa area is available to you free of charge during opening hours. If you don’t have a dressing gown with you, you can rent one—as well as sauna towels—for a fee. The resort also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The accessible holiday complex also features a reception area with a lobby and lounge, an underground car park with a free parking space (max. height 2 m), and shared laundry facilities on every floor (for a fee). Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodation—ideal for holidays with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers perfect conditions for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
