The house includes essential features such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping arrangements consist of two double beds on separate loft levels, with an additional sleeping option available by converting the sofa area.



The Space:

The tiny house is located directly next to a small natural pond with a floating dock. A spacious terrace with a barbecue and wood-burning stove offers a place to relax. The surrounding area includes horse paddocks, an open stable within view, the Hexenburg riding facility, and the historic four-sided courtyard that gave the property its name, all in close proximity.



The accommodation is equipped with all essential amenities, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two sleeping lofts each contain a double bed, providing space for up to four guests. The sofa area can also be converted into an additional sleeping space.



New: A wood-fired barrel sauna is now available in the courtyard. It offers a pleasant way to unwind, for example after a hike in Saxon Switzerland or a day trip to Dresden.

Optional services can be booked for an additional fee: bed linen (€10 per set), towels (€5 per set), dog (€15 per night), use of the barrel sauna including wood and cleaning (€15), and firewood (€1 per log, or you may bring your own).



Please note: The pool mentioned in the description is a natural pond with a reed zone. Water quality may be limited during the summer months.



Guest Access:

The entire property, including the two ponds and the riding facility, is generally accessible. Access to the stables is only permitted after prior agreement with the respective horse owners. For the well-being of the animals, feeding or touching the horses is not allowed.

Riding lessons or guided trail rides can be booked directly through the riding center.



A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use at the Hexenburg courtyard. The usage fee is five euros per appliance.

Getting Around:

Saxon Switzerland with the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve, and of course Dresden, Pirna, Bautzen, and Prague, less than two hours away by car, offer a lot of opportunities for activities.



Other Things to Note:

To support environmental efforts and keep overall costs low, the listed price covers accommodation only. Additional services can be arranged directly with the host if needed. These include bed linen at ten euros per set, towels at five euros per set, bringing a dog at fifteen euros per night, use of the barrel sauna including wood and cleaning at fifteen euros, and firewood for the fireplace or sauna at one euro per log. Alternatively, guests may bring their own wood.



As check-in is contactless via a key safe, it is necessary to submit a digital photo or scan of a valid ID before arrival.
