Beautiful penthouse apartment in the centre of Saas-Fee in Haus Serac

House Serac is located in the centre of the village, a short walk from the main street and the groceries stores. The main cable way in Saas-Fee, Alpin Express, is just 200 meters away.



The penthouse is a 3 bedroom apartment which is spacious and bright and with an open, large living/dining room. There is a cozy fireplace in the living room which makes a great & cozy athmosphere. Also from the living room there is the exit to the south facing balcony with fantastic views over the mountains.

2 bedrooms consist of 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. The open kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave & Nespresso machine. 1 bathroom has a bathtub (with Jacuzzi option)/toilet/sink, the second bath is equipped with a shower/toilet/sink.



Free wifi and a ski storage room are also available.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

-Geschmackvoll eingerichtet -sehr gute Lage -beeindruckende Aussicht sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer als auch vom großen Balkon -komplett ausgestattet -Sauberkeit Geschirr! Die Spülmaschine arbeitete nicht ordnungsgemäß, ganz wahrscheinlich schon bei Vormietern. Daher war das Geschirr teilweise nicht gereinigt. Die Ausgabe bzw die Öffnung des Spülmittel Behältnisses klemmte.. Wir haben es notdürftig instand gesetzt. Allerdings dürfte die Maschine am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer angekommen sein.... Die allgemeine Sauberkeit beim Einzug war nicht optimal. Es fand sich zb Staub an verschiedenen Stellen, insbesondere in den Schlafbereichen. Ein skischuh trockner im Keller wäre gut.
