Villa Gomes is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located in Alporchinhos, a small village very close to Armacao de Pera. Carvoeiro is also within easy reach. The villa features a large private pool, a generous garden, and sea views from the first floor. Its excellent location places you within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday.



Accommodation: 8 persons, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (1 double bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds).



Upon entering, there is a bedroom with two single beds (1.00 x 1.90 m) and a bathroom with a shower, bath, sink, toilet, and bidet. The second bedroom also has two single beds (1.00 x 1.90 m) and a large ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet. The living room offers a dining table for 6, corner sofas, a TV, and sliding doors that open to the terrace. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer, with sliding doors leading to the outdoor barbecue area. A games room with a pool table and an outdoor table tennis setup provide entertainment. There is also a separate room with a washing machine.



Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (1.00 x 1.90 m) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, sink, toilet, and bidet. Another bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m) and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet. The hallway has a sliding door leading to the terrace on the first floor.



Outside, enjoy the lovely kidney-shaped private pool with a terrace and spacious lawn. The terrace includes a dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Private parking is available.



Groups of young people are not allowed, and single-gender groups are only permitted upon request. Arrival days are flexible, but please confirm your preferred dates with the host to ensure availability.
