Several beaches, restaurants, and a well-stocked supermarket are all within walking distance.

The entrance leads to a hallway and a comfortable living area with a corner sofa and fireplace with TV. The dining room has a table and chairs, and patio doors open to the garden and pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has doors leading to the barbecue area.
