Private: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 2.6 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "les Pennes d'Agennais" 13 km.
