The apartment features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with two three-quarter beds (120x190 cm), a bathroom with a window and shower, and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, accommodating up to five guests. The rooftop terrace is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals on mild days or relaxing in the sun with complete privacy, offering privileged views over the city and the port of La Spezia.



The Colli area, while peaceful and residential, has limited parking for non-residents, but paid parking (blue lines) is available. The most convenient way to reach Seba House is by public transport. La Spezia train station is just a few minutes away, from where you can easily take a bus or taxi to the apartment.
