Located in the center of Parlavà, Mas Solés is a historic Catalan country house built before 1614, perfect for groups of up to 10 people.



The house is in a peaceful area, so it's important that you maintain good relations with the neighborhood and respect the neighbors’ rest, especially at night.



There are 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and space.



The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room is spacious and pleasant for relaxed meals together.



The house offers Wi-Fi in most areas, a hairdryer in every room, fans, and an elevator (except in 2 rooms).



Towels, bed linen, and basic amenities are included.



For families, 2 cribs and 2 extra beds are available on request.



The garden, over 5,000 m² and fully fenced, has spots to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature, with views of Empordà and a pleasant semi-covered terrace.



The property also features a small organic vegetable garden and an area with animals (chickens and a goat), which are part of the estate’s environment.



The barbecue uses charcoal and is in a space shared with the hosts.



On clear nights, you can enjoy excellent stargazing.



Up to 2 pets are allowed.



There is parking space inside the property.



The house is ideal for hiking and mountain biking routes, and just 15 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea.



Public transport is 3 minutes’ walk away. Flaçà train station is 8 minutes by car. Girona AVE station is 35 minutes by car.
