Description: A place where peace and convenience come together.Apartment Hermanna offers a quiet pleasant base in a location where comfort and accessibility meet. Both Winterberg town center and the Rauher Busch valley station are within a five minute walk. The accommodation is located just outside the busy area and offers a lovely view of the town from the balcony.

Accommodation: Bright warm and furnished with convenience in mind.The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. After entering you step into the living room equipped with a comfortable seating area with a three seater sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed an armchair a flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The space is decorated with a combination of classic and modern style elements.



The open kitchen connects to the living room and is equipped with a ceramic hob combination microwave refrigerator with freezer dishwasher kettle Senseo filter coffee machine and a complete inventory.



The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower toilet and bathroom cabinet.



Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The room offers a quiet view that feels fresh every morning.



In the basement, guests can make free use of the communal sauna, which can be used privately, and the washing machine and dryer. A free token for the laundry facilities is available in the apartment.



The apartment has an 8 m² southeast-facing balcony, with sun until late morning and a view of Winterberg.



The property has its own charging station for electric vehicles, which is free to use. Slow charging, approx. 2 kW per hour. Please use your own charging cable for this.




Surroundings: Everything nearby everything easily accessible.Winterberg town center with shops restaurants and facilities is within walking distance. In the other direction you can just as easily reach the Rauher Busch valley station for winter sports activities. Tolle, gut ausgestattete FeWo in guter Lage – Pisten fußläufig. Hinweis: Der zugesagte Parkplatz war während des gesamten Aufenthalts durch ein anderes Auto belegt und daher nicht nutzbar; das lag nicht am Verschulden der Vermieter. Außerdem hat die „neue“ Bettwäsche teilweise stark nach Rauch gerochen – mit Kindern leider nicht akzeptabel.
