This 68 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated working farm, which also houses the owner’s residence at the back and the farm itself. The apartment has its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a cozy atmosphere that combines authentic charm with contemporary touches in the style of a mountain chalet. Depending on snow conditions, you can ski in and out directly from the apartment (advanced skiing skills required). Wi-Fi is available. Enjoy a balcony and a private wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol.



Access & Parking:

Parking is about 50 meters from the apartment. Access is via a small sloping path, which may be challenging for some guests. This accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



Winter Access:

In winter, snow equipment (chains, snow tires, etc.) is mandatory. Please contact the host via the booking platform before arrival to help organize your stay.



Cleaning & Linen:

Final cleaning is not included; you must clean the apartment before departure. Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own. Cleaning and linen options are available for an extra charge, payable on site.
