On 1st floor: 1 large double bedroom and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. Each of the 2 rooms has its private shower room with separate toilet.
The cottage has a private terrace facing the pool. Swimming pool offers 3 separate spaces : 1 American beach 0.40 m deep for small children, a wading pool for children and more daring the deep end.
Parking off road on the ground. Views over the pool and the hills of the Minervois. Sorry no pet allowed.
