Quietly situated property in a forest clearing Our two holiday homes and the main house of the host family are quietly situated in a forest clearing about 200m from the nearest neighbours.

There is a small bench in front of the house where you can relax. There is also a seat and a parasol.

The holiday home Victoria is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the large hallway, the guest WC and the large, rustic kitchen-cum-living room with a large tiled stove. The kitchen-living room has dark panelling, just as it used to look in Bavarian taverns. The kitchen has a kitchenette with cooker, dishwasher and fridge. The beautiful large tiled stove is heated from the hallway. The large, wide wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor. There you will find the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. In the first bedroom there is a living area with two sofas, writing facilities, a farmhouse wardrobe with TV and two bunk beds. In the second bedroom there is a large double bed and a seating area. All floors in the house are made of wood. There are spacious built-in wardrobes in the second bedroom and in the hallway.

You can fish, swim or take a dinghy ride in the 1000 square metre pond. The nearest outdoor swimming pool is about half an hour's walk away. If you prefer to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, you can go hiking or mushroom hunting in the forest right next to our farm. There is also an old railway line in Schöllnach, which is now paved. There you have the possibility to explore the track in summer by bike, inline skates or on foot in the direction of Kalteneck or Niederalteich. In winter - if there is enough snow - this route is prepared for cross-country skiers.

The holiday home is heated exclusively by a tiled stove. Firewood is available in sufficient quantities.
